4-H Pop Stand Volunteers Needed

Our club is responsible for working the 4-H pop stand for two hours from 7 to 9 p.m. (6:45 to set up) on Thursday night, July 25.  We must ensure someone is operating the pop stand during the entire assigned time. Basic responsibilities are taking/filling people’s orders and keeping the stand clean.

We need a minimum of one adult and three youth to be present at all times.

Because we are the only time slot on Thursday night, we will be responsible for setting up 15 minutes before the shift and closing the stand at the end of the shift.

A sign-up genius has been created with 30-minute shifts.  Please sign up for one or two shifts. There is also a time slot for 6:45 to help set up. If you do sign up please make sure you cover your shift or find a replacement.  We will be sending reminders to all of our volunteers the week of the event.
