Pottorf Hall Sitter

In order to provide added security and to keep the exhibits looking acceptable for the public, each club has been assigned a shift to work as Pottorf Hall Sitters. During our club’s time, Saturday, July 7 from 9 to 11 a.m., (2-3) 4-H members and/ or parents are responsible for cleaning around and straightening exhibits, watching over exhibits and answering questions from the public. Workers will need to check in at the fair office (5 minutes prior to your shift) and pick up a badge to wear during their time slot. 

A sign-up genius has been created with 30-minute shifts.  Please sign up for one or two shifts.  If you do sign up please make sure you cover your shift or find a replacement.  We will be sending reminders to all of our volunteers the week of the event.
